This is our largest inpatient unit, with 64 monitored beds and a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 (depending on the acuity), caring for moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. With a high volume of admissions and discharges, you should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail, all while providing exceptional patient care. In this fast-paced and team-oriented environment, you will encounter a variety of patients, including surgical, step-down, post-procedure and more.
