Details: We are excited to announce a full-time position for a
Permanent Lead Echo Tech in our dynamic healthcare team. This is an
incredible opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual
who is ready to lead in our Cardiology Department. The selected
candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch
echocardiographic services to our patients while leading and
mentoring our team of Echo Technicians. This role requires a
minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry,
preferably in a leadership role. Responsibilities: As the Permanent
Lead Echo Tech, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.
Performing high-quality echocardiographic studies on patients as
per established protocols. 2. Supervising and training echo tech
team members to ensure optimal patient care and efficient workflow.
3. Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
to discuss treatment plans and patient care. 4. Implementing and
maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards of
practice. 5. Assisting in the evaluation of new protocols and
techniques in the field of echocardiography. 6. Maintaining patient
records and ensuring the confidentiality of all patient
information. 7. Participating in departmental meetings and
contributing to the continuous improvement of services. 8. Ensuring
compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety
regulations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent
Lead Echo Tech position should possess the following
qualifications: 1. A minimum of 1 year experience in an Echo Tech
role or similar. 2. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and
ARDMS Certification. 3. Proficiency with Flouroy or equivalent
echocardiography systems. 4. Strong leadership skills with the
ability to mentor and motivate a team. 5. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills. 6. Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills. 7. Ability to work both independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced, stressful environment. 8. Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
