Click here.Responsibilities:We are looking for nurses to join our highly specialized wound care and hyperbaric medicine team! You will be involved in the assessment and treatment of a variety of wound types including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, arterial ulcers, non-healing surgical wounds and more. You will provide care for both preoperative and postoperative ostomy patients including site marking, post-op assessment, patient education, and ongoing care as needed.This is a unique opportunity to provide care in both the inpatient and outpatient care settings! Our wound care clinic is on-site at Clovis Community, meaning you will consistently benefit from the proximity and resources available from a hospital setting. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary physicians including plastic surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, internal medicine, vascular surgery, OB/GYN and more! Our leadership team is highly supportive of team members taking advantage of certification, professional memberships and career development opportunities.Qualifications:Graduate of approved nursing program requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredConsistent demonstration of Novice/Advanced Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency requiredRN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredWound Care Certification Preferred, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Department will provide opportunities to assist in obtaining.Ostomy Certification Preferred, must obtain within 1 year of hire.
