An outstanding hospital in the San Joaquin Valley is in search of a new Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor.

The Rehabilitation Manager will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Pacific Coast.
The Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor will report directly to the Manager of Inpatient Rehabilitation. Supported by several tenured Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, this person will lead a fantastic team and busy department with state of the art technology, a unique and holistic patient centered approach, and seasoned staff devoted to quality care.
The Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Manager, clinicians and staff to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital's standards and values. The Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
