This facility provides inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions and other complex illnesses in addition to the extended skilled nursing level of care. As a distinct part SNF of our Level I Trauma Center, Community Regional, you will be integral to the continuity of care across our health system.Your Career at Community - Opportunity. Challenge. Responsibilities:
The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research, based on the Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics.
Qualifications:
Education--- Graduate of approved nursing program required--- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredExperience--- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency requiredLicenses and Certifications--- RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required--- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
