  • The Risk Management will assist in identification, evaluation and classification processes related to safety events, participate in enterprise patient safety project initiatives and preparation of reports on risk/patient safety trends for the enterprise.
  • Will work collaboratively with internal teams to integrate, evaluate and implement the impact of information on the development of safe practices throughout the organization and achieving high-reliability healthcare.
  • Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks to patients, staff and visitors.
  • Responsible for review and analysis of event reports and data to identify trends and risk reduction and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for the timely collection of medical records, abstracting Core Measure Data into the Database, concurrent review of inpatients with core measure diagnoses, appealing any validation scores below 80, and designing action plans for improving scores.Cynet Health Job ID #18880495.
