We are working with The Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, CA and they are looking for some temporary Urology coverage over the next several months. The details to this need is below. Community Regional Medical Center Fresno, CALevel 1 Trauma CenterOnly Level 1 Trauma Center between LA and Sacramento915 bed facility275 patients per year30 ORsThis facility is seeking temporary Urology coverage ASAP ongoingThe facility is seeking 1-2 weeks of coverage per monthThe facility needs coverage for the following weeks as of right now:October 18th am through October 25th amNovember 22nd am through November 29th amDecember 27th am through January 3rd amMonday am through Monday am each weekInpatient and outpatient coverage neededSchedule:Monday: 8a-12pm clinic or hospital and take call after shiftTuesday/Wednesday/Friday: Rounding and call after shiftThursday: Procedure day with the permanent Urologist Saturday/Sunday: 24 hour call Average of 1 call per dayAverage of 25-35 calls per week for the Urology Department Rounding on an average of 2 patients per dayAverage of 2 patients per day for the Urology Department Support Staff: 1 MAProcedures: Fracture Kidney, Bladder, Stones, Scrotum, Balder Rupture, Urinary RetentionEMR: EPICMust be Board Certified Must have an active ACLSEmergency privileging issued in four weeks$188 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F$300 per weeknight call M-F$1500 per 24 hour call$225 per hour for any hour worked in the facility while on call or any hour worked over the 8 hour guarantee M-F
