*All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA* -We are looking for
an Executive Secretary to join our Community Health Partners team.
Community Health Partners - part of Community Health System - helps
primary care physicians and specialists manage their practices. In
this role, you will be a supportive force that empowers our
leadership and represents their position/office with Community
Health Partners both internally and externally. You will be a
proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills that
pays meticulous attention to detail. Given the changing nature of
Healthcare, the Executive Secretary is relied upon to be flexible
in their duties, have the foresight to act as a partner to their
Executive, and have the ability to maintain confidence related to

In your role, you will: -Acts as support to VP's, directors, and
managers. -Perform a variety of complex administrative functions
with limited direction, receiving a supervisory review of results,
including creating letters, forms, spreadsheets, and answering
telephones. -Maintain schedule for VP, director, or manager.
Organize, schedule, and take minutes of all meetings. Provide
secretarial services in situations requiring extensive skills,
independent judgment, and discretion. May provide administrative
support to committees.
Education and Experience Minimum Requirements: -Associate's degree
in Business or secretarial science, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. -Five years of progressively responsible
secretarial experience, including approximately three or more years
at a level comparable to an Administrative Secretary or higher.
-Machine transcription and extensive word processing experience.
