Only Level 1 Trauma Center between LA and Sacramento
915 bed facility
275 patients per year
30 ORs
This facility is seeking temporary Urology coverage ASAP ongoing
The facility is seeking 1-2 weeks of coverage per month
The facility needs coverage for the following weeks as of right now:
October 18th am through October 25th am
November 22nd am through November 29th am
December 27th am through January 3rd am
Monday am through Monday am each week
Inpatient and outpatient coverage needed
Schedule:
Monday: 8a-12pm clinic or hospital and take call after shift
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: Rounding and call after shift
Thursday: Procedure day with the permanent Urologist
Saturday/Sunday: 24 hour call
Average of 1 call per day
Average of 25-35 calls per week for the Urology Department
Rounding on an average of 2 patients per day
Average of 2 patients per day for the Urology Department
Support Staff: 1 MA
Procedures: Fracture Kidney, Bladder, Stones, Scrotum, Balder Rupture, Urinary Retention
EMR: EPIC
Must be Board Certified
Must have an active ACLS
Emergency privileging issued in four weeks
$188 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
$300 per weeknight call M-F
$1500 per 24 hour call
$225 per hour for any hour worked in the facility while on call or any hour worked over the 8 hour guarantee M-F
