Medical Office Manager- Great Opportunity/Specialty Practice
?Minimum 5 years? experience as an office manager in a physician
office or healthcare setting, as well as knowledge of medical
office procedures, medical billing/reimbursement, terminology, and
?Familiar with Epic EMR software
?An associate?s or bachelor?s degree is preferred, with coursework
in health care administration.
Patient Account Rep.
?This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two
(2) years of A/R follow experience preferably in a Hospital
?Minimum of two (2) years A/R follow up work experience to include
medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT codes or equivalent is
?Must be able to read and interpret UB04's, 1500's, Medicare,
Medicaid, and Commercial RA's.
?2 to 4 years medical coding experience with ICD-9- CM and
?Strong understanding of current regulatory coding requirements and
billing process for services rendered in a medical office.
Medical Front Office
?Must have a minimum 2 years previous medical front office
?Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Cash Application Specialist
?This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. A
Bachelor?s Degree in business or accounting or 4 years experience
with handling of bank deposits is preferred.
?The ability to process large volumes of mail and respond to
patient requests in a timely manner is preferred. A proven ability
to work in a fast paced environment is required.
?Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping is required as well as
typing over 45 wpm and 10-key by touch. Computer experience is
