Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Operations for their Corporate Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Articulate market volume driving strategies and operational improvement plans
Build business case for expansion of Primary Care and Behavioral Health services
Prepare and execute health system quarterly Board Meetings and pitch decks

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of management consulting or strategy experience in healthcare
2+ years of people management experience
2+ years of strategic planning experience
Ability to bootstrap nascent initiatives and own complex projects
Strong project management and negotiation skills
