  As the Rehab Services Manager of acute care at Community Regional Medical Center you will have the opportunity to direct, supervise and evaluate the dynamic team of rehab professionals-ensuring an optimum level of care and service. From staff development, program development and budget support to general management, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a large scope of practice while also being part of a team that values collaboration.
  Qualifications:
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required
• 3 years working as a licensed clinician in an acute care/rehabilitation department of a medical center serving a diverse patient population required
• 2 years in staff supervision or leadership responsibilities required
• 2 years as a member of, or working with a multidisciplinary team required
  Licenses and Certifications
  
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• One of the following is required
• PT - State of California Physical Therapist License
• OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License
• SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License
