Position Overview
The Fresno Grizzlies, proud Single-A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, and member of the California League, are committed to providing the most complete and entertaining sports experience in Minor League Baseball. The Grizzlies are looking for an individual that is energetic, enthusiastic and ready to make an immediate impact as the Entertainment Manager.
This position is responsible for overseeing and executing all facets of the Fresno Grizzlies in-game presentation including but not limited to on-field entertainment, partner activation, and AV operations. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the creation, implementation, and coordination of all in-game elements while promoting fan engagement and family fun. The focus of this position is to utilize creativity in multiple areas to enhance the overall experience at Chukchansi Park.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a fun, engaging, and entertaining gameday environment for all 66 Fresno Grizzlies home games
• Work closely with entire staff to develop creative new promotions, in-game skits, and activities
• Guide the stadium's video board presentation and in-game sound/music selection
• Write and distribute gameday scripts and timing sheets for every home game in a timely manner
• Work closely with Corporation Partnership Department on execution of sponsorship entitlements
• Act as show caller for all home games
• Oversee all audio/video and G-Force promotional team personnel including staffing
• Participate in the creation of video & graphic content for use in-game
• Assist in-game staff with execution of promotional events
• Stay up-to-date on current events in local, state and national news, sports and pop-culture
• Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays and up to 66 home games
• Other duties as needed to ensure all areas of entertainment are fulfilled Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience managing and/or directing live game entertainment, baseball preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere)
  • Creation of video & graphics content for in-game use (sample work requested)
  • Working knowledge of MotionRocket Launchpad, SoundDirector, and Shoflo preferred
  • General knowledge of AV equipment a plus
  • On-field host experience a plus Compensation:
    Salary based on experience, plus commission and bonus structure tied to direct sales efforts. Health insurance is available after ninety (90) days of continuous employment. 401K option is available after one year (1) of continuous full-time employment.
