Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Experience with new home sales of $5M+
• Demonstrable ability to lead multiple projects in various stages
• Industry consistent work history
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
• New Construction sales experience a MUST!
• Ability to effectively lead a field team of 5+.
