  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field and/or 10+ years of management experience in a diesel, automotive, or farm equipment repair shop
  • Must have a high level of technical competence in the Ag. Service area
  • Must be proficient in CMMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Oversee operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Oversee the hiring and training of mechanics
  • Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, soot to ensure adherence to health and safety laws
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Compliance with company policy and health and safety programs
