The OpportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite National Park. As a Sales Manager, you will develop key relationships with group leaders and contacts at the property to continue to improve the guest experience and increase revenue.
This opportunity can be remote from anywhere in California.

• Build relationships with meeting planners, corporate contacts, and local businesses to meet department and property revenue goals.
• Secure catering event bookings by maintaining regular contact with clients and guests at the property.
• Prepare and execute sales contracts and ensure quality products and service is delivered.
• Produce budget proposals to meet sales department goals.
• Maintain positive client and guest relations and be their point of contact for event inquiries.
• All other duties assigned.Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years' of hotel group sales experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and deliver deadlines.
  • Strong MS Office skills required.
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
