Work you'll do
The Talent Acquisition Digital Optimization Senior Manager directs
the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in the adoption and optimization
of TA technology solutions. Demonstrates an understanding of TA
technologies and collaborates on the creation of the TA technology
roadmap to drive innovation and efficiencies within the TA
processes. Develops metrics and measurements for tech optimization
within the TA channel and is accountable for execution and
outcomes.
Job responsibilities:
- Establishes TA digital optimization strategy and brings new
technologies to the recruitment process
- Conducts TA technology gap analysis to inform TA strategy and
future focused roadmap
- Consults with recruitment leads to understand business
challenges in relation to technologies and examines TA technology
stack to ensure optimization
- Drives the implementation of new technology solutions for US
and USI, managing requirements, design, build, test, and
implementation
- Understands and examines the use of and challenges of
technologies to further evolve use and enhance tools
- Collaborates with recruiting leadership to present measurement
and metrics on TA technology solutions
- Project manages the ongoing use of TA technologies, developing
metrics for success and optimization, continual education plan,
etc. for TA technologies to further optimization
- Serves as POC for external vendor partnerships
- Research external market to develop point of view on TA
technology solutions
- Manages TA technology budget
- Serves on Talent-wide project efforts to ensure technology
efforts are represented
- Collaborates with Digital Optimization team in furthering TA
technology efforts and implementations
- Effectively coaches and mentors colleagues and provides
opportunities for collaboration, development, and upskilling to
enhance the experiences of the TA professionals
- Leads and directs performance management for team
The team
Talent Acquisition team sits within Talent Operations and
collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization
to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team
advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy,
providing full lifecycle recruiting services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related area or equivalent
experience
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Experience influencing leaders, driving decisions, and solving
problems in a complex organization
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change
management skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to cultivate
high-performing teams across geographies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the
future
