Case Manager (BCBA Required)

Under the supervision of a Treatment Center Director, Case Managers
will provide support to clients and their families by coordinating
and providing services in applied behavior analysis (ABA), by the
function of data analysis, assessments, skill acquisition, and
implementing behavior reduction procedures as well as teaching
adaptive life skills. The Case Manager supervises a treatment team
of behavior technicians in the process of initiating and
maintaining ABA programs with the help of a Case Assistant while
offering support to both. The role of a Case Manager is considered
a leadership position whose responsibility is to ensure that we are
providing quality services. The Case Managers complete all client
reports and other supervisory responsibilities as is appropriate
and necessary based on the client's service contract.
The ideal candidate is able to develop a treatment plan for
multiple clients, as well as supervise Behavior Technicians to
implement each program. Solid communication skills are necessary to
succeed in this role along with an openness to feedback. The Case
Manager should be organized and self-sufficient to perform in this

Seeking behavior analysts who have:
Must have a Master's degree, PsyD., or Ph.D. from an accredited
college or university with a concentration in early childhood
education/development, special education, psychology, or related
field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and
treatment philosophies and professional practices.
At least three years of related professional experience working
with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a
multidisciplinary team setting.
Knowledge of early childhood and autism assessment tools and
procedures, and a thorough understanding of child development.
Experience developing positive behavior supports plans and
programs; experience teaching social interaction and play
Knowledge of current methods of technicians of applied behavior
analysis and discrete trial training; ability to communicate
effectively verbally and in writing with clients, parents, and
professionals; competence in analyzing assessment results,
designing appropriate individuals treatment plans and behavioral
programs and monitoring progress.
Two or more years' experience providing staff direction and
development in a supervisory role.
Candidates must be board certified by the Behavior Analyst
Certification Board. Any candidate without a BCBA certification
will not be considered.
