Image 2000 is one of the leading providers of digital imaging and document management solutions in Southern California and Las Vegas, offering exceptional pricing and service to our customers!Our Fresno branch is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to manage a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to:* Sales support (sales packets, marketing materials, bids, pricing)* Service support (dispatch, customer inquiries, customer service)* Contracts* Supplies and inventory* Billing and receivables* General office support and reception dutiesPreference given to those with document solutions/copier industry experience.Experience with E-automate a huge plus.Word, Excel, PowerPointVery strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize when faced with multiple deadlinesImage 2000 is taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers during this time.
