Excellent Medical and Dental Benefits 401k with 5% match Generous PTO Hours Mon-Fri 5 am-2pm Job Details Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of solar installers, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of solar installation projects, from planning to execution and final inspection. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations. Training and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Managing materials and inventory, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each project. Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the installation process. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on installation. Proven experience as a foreman or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the job. Ability to manage materials and inventory effectively. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies. A commitment to promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and respect.
