Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Agricultural Technician with over 10 years of hands-on experience in performing service repairs, with a focus on CASE IH, New Holland and/or John Deere equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in conducting basic repairs and essential maintenance using specialized tools and equipment, following Technical Manual procedures with precision. MUST BE WILLLING TO RELOCATEResponsibilities:

• Execute service repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment, specializing in CASE IH and John Deere.
• Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance utilizing specialized tools and equipment as per Technical Manual guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems crucial to the repair process.
• Utilize expertise in Ag/Farming background (helpful but not mandatory) to enhance repair and maintenance procedures.
• Operate Service Advisor and showcase basic computer proficiency for efficient workflow.
• Use vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accuracy and thorough assessments.Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in service repairs, particularly with CASE IH, New Holland and/or John Deere equipment.
  • Proven ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance following Technical Manual procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems relevant to the agricultural repair industry.
  • Familiarity with Ag/Farming practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
  • Capability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
