The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a diverse range of energy projects, from renewable energy installations to oil and gas infrastructure. Why join us? 5% 401k match Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Job Details Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate project issues to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Oversee the construction phase of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Proven working experience of 5 years as a project manager in the energy sector. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in construction management. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong leadership, decision-making and team management abilities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Experience with budget development and oversight experience. Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to make crucial decisions under pressure. Ability to travel as needed.
