Service Representative : As an Customer Service Representative, you
are the liaison between our clients and their customers. Schedule
appointments if needed to meet face-to-face with their customers
and discuss telecommunication services. Enhance the customer
experience and build customer loyalty. Actively listen to customer
and help solve their problems. After assisting customers in
selecting the products and services that best suit their technology
and communications goals, you help to set up their account.
Efficiency facilitate effective delivery and installation. Process
upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases.
