JOIN OUR TEAM!Social Media Content ManagerSUMMARY:We are looking for a qualified Social Media Content Manager to join our team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social outlets.As a Social Media Content Manager, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of your social media accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team.The SMCM will handle the creation and publishing of organic social media posts across all channels. They will generate, curate, edit, publish and regularly share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage with our brand and each other. They will work closely with fellow team members and collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure the team goals are met. They will work both independently and collaboratively to create and shape ideas. They must be able to clearly communicate to ensure all projects are reviewed and approved, on schedule, and deadlines are met. ZINC Realty specializes in purchasing distressed properties, rehabbing them, and reselling them for a profit. ZINC Auto Finance specializes in indirect lending in the auto sector for franchised and independent car dealerships. More on what we do and who we lend to can be found at www.zinc.net, www.zincfinancial.com, www.zincrealty.com, and www.zincautofinance.com.Duties (including but not limited to):* Developing social strategies using data analysis and creativity. * Google Analytics, article writing. * Social Media: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.* Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis to Company Executive Team* Being at the forefront of innovation at both the strategic and campaign level.* Providing insight into media testing methodologies and informing forecasting and optimization requirements for ensuring full impact.* Setting the social strategic direction and driving alignment with overall media strategy.* Oversee digital marketing SEO and SEM activities.* Reviews and responds to reviews on all platforms as needed* Provides dashboard reporting to Executive Operations team to identify/manage trending* Increasing not only website traffic but conversions as wellQUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate will have the following experience:* Minimum of 2-5 years in a Social Media marketing role* Proven experience with digital marketing, including a deep understanding of best practices, innovative tactics, measurement tools, and technological platforms* Experience in executing and providing marketing strategy and tactics* Google Adwords training certified* Familiarity with Google My Business, Facebook pages manager, Instagram business, and the associated analytics* Staying at the forefront of algorithm changes for all social media platforms* Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe, creative cloud, Illustrator preferred* Preferred knowledge in either subprime auto finance or hard money lending helpful Job Type: Full-timecompetitive salaryPowered by JazzHROxIoTokfWX
