Local company seeks an Office Administrator with skills on a switchboard and professional reception skills. Candidates will be considered for the following: ? Detail orientation, professionalism, communication and organizational skills. ? Minimum of 2 years paid experience in the following: Key strengths include strong computer skills: typing at least 65wpm, strong background in proofreading (grammar, punctuation, and content), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Quickbooks. ? Additional technical skills would include troubleshooting and maintaining printers and additional office machinery. ? Accuracy of work is top priority. ? Additional background is required in calendar management, managing high-volume phones, excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking. ? Candidates must be able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment. Celebrating 50 years in Staffing!
