Bookkeeper/Office Manager(Salary up to $52,000)Haystack Consultants has partnered with an established contractor looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The opportunity is with a locally owned company in a casual office environment. This is an ideal role for an individual who is self driven and enjoys staying busy with a variety of activities throughout the day. Primary responsibilities are bookkeeping related including overseeing cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P and A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is also involved with customer service and various clerical projects.
