Bookkeeper/Office Manager(Salary up to $52,000)Haystack
Consultants has partnered with an established contractor looking to
hire a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The opportunity is with a locally
owned company in a casual office environment. This is an ideal role
for an individual who is self driven and enjoys staying busy with a
variety of activities throughout the day. Primary responsibilities
are bookkeeping related including overseeing cash flow, financial
statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P and A/R, payroll, bank
reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. The
Bookkeeper/Office Manager is also involved with customer service
and various clerical projects. If you are organized and strive to
meet deadlines with minimal supervision this role could be for
you!Desired Qualifications include:2+ Years Full-Cycle Bookkeeping
