of urgency. About the Position: The Compliance Specialist II
reports to the Compliance Officer. The Compliance Specialist II
assists in the implementation and administration of the Bank's
Compliance Management Program. The Compliance Specialist II
performs various quality control reviews and monitoring pertaining
to Regulatory Compliance, Customer Identification, Customer
Complaints, CRA and HMDA using industry standards and regulatory
guidance to ensure the bank's compliance efforts are maintained
daily. Essential Duties: - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of
federal/state laws, regulations, and bank policies. - Monitors
compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., Regulation B, E, CC,
Flood, legal processes). - Reviews and updates policies,
procedures, and training programs. - Supports the development of
compliant forms, notices, and disclosures. - Monitors record
retention, marketing materials, and CRA/HMDA data. - Assists in
audits, exams, risk assessments, and follow-up of findings. -
Provides compliance support to staff and escalates control issues.
- Supports BSA/AML department with alerts, CTRs, SARs, and
high-risk accounts, as requested. - Monitors and addresses customer
complaints through various channels. - Assists with assigning and
monitoring regulatory compliance training. - Performs other duties
and special projects as assigned. Embodies the TRAC Values and

interactions and decision-making. - Completes administrative tasks
with a sense of urgency, including required Bank Compliance
Training. Responds to internal and external inquiries via email,

community involvement. - Demonstrates an understanding of and

Travels up to 10% including but not limited to attending company
meetings, training sessions, and corporate events, with travel
typically being regional or local based on business needs.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or
related) preferred. - Minimum 3–5 years of related financial
services, or banking industry experience required. - Proficient
analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting
complex data and providing meaningful insights. - Experience with
Compliance Management systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. - Effective oral,
written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to
apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents,
understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak
clearly to customers, vendors and employees. - Strong
organizational and time management abilities with attention to
detail. - Strong teamwork and relationship skills to lead
collaborative efforts, foster alignment, and drive results across
teams. - Ability to take initiative and impact change within the
Bank through consensus building and conflict resolution. -
Willingness to take on special projects and perform other duties as
assigned, beyond core responsibilities, to support team and
