Finance will be managing an efficient accounting team. This is a

Organization Job Details Job Details: Our dynamic and rapidly
expanding manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced and
dedicated Director of Finance to join our team. This is a permanent
position, offering an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our
company's financial growth and stability. As the Director of
Finance, you will play a crucial role in financial planning,
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to optimize
financial resources for the business's growth and sustainability.
Responsibilities: Oversee the financial strategic planning of the
company by evaluating its performance and potential risks. Develop
and implement the company's financial goals, objectives, and
budgets in alignment with the overall strategic plan. Prepare
comprehensive monthly financial reports, detailing company
performance and forecasted projections. Lead the preparation and
presentation of all financial statements, including income
statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow. Manage the
budgeting process, including the development, implementation, and
evaluation of the budget to monitor progress and present financial
metrics. Implement a robust financial management/reporting system
to provide critical financial and operational information. Engage
with the senior leadership team to develop short, medium, and
long-term financial plans and projections. Evaluate and oversee all
benefits negotiations, thus providing the most competitive packages
for the company’s employees. Spearhead the development and
implementation of effective financial strategies to enhance the
company's financial performance and business opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or
related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial
position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven
experience with financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting,
and forecasting. Strong understanding of economic and banking
processes. Exceptional knowledge of data analysis and forecasting
methodologies. Proficiency in accounting software and financial
management systems. Strong leadership skills with an ability to
inspire performance with senior leaders. Excellent interpersonal,
communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills
and a detail-oriented mindset. Professional certification such as
CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus. If you are a seasoned
