You'll work closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead a talented team of financial professionals, including our Assistant Controller and Accountant.Your key responsibilities will include:* *Financial Leadership:* Attend leadership meetings and provide insightful financial statements and reports that guide the company's financial strategy.* *Operations Management:* Oversee all financial functions, including payroll, billing, bookkeeping, purchasing, and tax payments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.* *Budget Monitoring:* Regularly review profit and loss statements, keeping a close eye on expenses to make sure we stay on budget.* *Communication Champion:* Promote effective communication within the organization regarding all things finance.* *Policy & Compliance:* Develop, review, and recommend changes to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.* *Support for Sister Companies:* Assist with financial operations and provide support as needed for our sister companies, MedSupply and Hoveround.* *Continuous Improvement:* Participate in surveys and audits, contribute to performance improvement programs, and stay up-to-date with continuing education relevant to your role.*What We're Looking For:** *Educational Background:* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Management (CPA preferred).* *Experience:* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management, with a knack for making efficient decisions and keeping accurate records.* *Leadership Skills:* Ability to organize, manage, and delegate tasks to a team, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled with precision.* *Tech-Savvy:* Proficiency in using spreadsheets, word processing tools, the internet, and email.* *Organizational Skills:* Exceptional ability to maintain consistently accurate records.*Physical Requirements:** Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.* Must be able to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.* Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.* Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.*Why Join Us?*At InHome Healthcare Services, we believe in creating an environment where our employees can thrive.
