Job Description:

Fresno AppleOne Direct Hire Opportunity for Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for effective coordination of the hourly employment process, administering HR policies, programs and special projects, and coordinating employee relations activities, as well as many other HR-related activities.

? Duties will encompass that of an HR Generalist, while focusing on the following human resources functions: Legal compliance, Employment, Benefits, Compensation and HRIS.

? Evaluate and analyze site compliance to policies.

? Application of labor laws.

? Provide support in addressing issues with interpreting, training and applying company policies, programs and benefits.

? Develop reports to track KPI?s, such as attendance, disciplinary warnings, turnover and FMLA usage.

? Maintain working relationship with State Agencies, such as Unemployment and Worker?s Compensation commissions and handle any issues or hearings.

? Process EEO/AAP reports, disciplinary summary reports, turnover analysis, and analyze other metrics using HRIS systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

? Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite

? Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, ability to be flexible in constantly changing environment.

? Strong generalist background, strong computer skills (MS Office)

? Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

? Successfully multi-task

? Ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations and regulatory agencies.

? Lead ?best in class? behaviors with focus on safety, quality, and policy focus

? Work effectively with all levels of the organization.

? Undergraduate Degree in related Business field Masters in HR a plus.

? Five plus years HR experience as a generalist in a high-performance environment.

? PHR or SPHR certification required

? Bilingual in Spanish a plus
