As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting the Controller in overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary package.Responsibilities:1. Assist the department in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.3. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial records.4. Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.5. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.6. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.7. Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.8. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.10. Provide guidance and training to junior finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems is essential.4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.7. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.10.
