Job Description:

Controller position with a well-established and growing manufacturing company. The company has solid financial procedures in place and is looking for an experienced Controller to both maintain and implement process improvements as the business continues to grow and diversify. This is an ideal role for an experienced accountant who is looking for a stable long-term career.Accounting processes are highly transactional with multiple divisions, products and rotating inventory. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and strong cost accounting skills are critical for success in this role.The company itself is privately held and has a dynamic owner with a focus on success for the company and all employees. The Controller reports directly to this individual and works closely on company strategy, direction and implementations. The Controller also works as a supervisor with direct reports and takes on additional leadership responsibilities in the owner's absence.Requirements for this position include a Degree in Accounting or related field, at least ten years of accounting/financial experience within a manufacturing or related environment, costing, financial reporting, internal controls, GAAP and basic human resources knowledge.If your background and career goals match this position, please apply or call Ryan Williams directly at .
