TITLE: ACCOUNTING CLERK/CSR ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to serve as an Accounting Clerk for a company in Dinuba to support with Accounts Receivable, Collections and other accounting functions, process claims, provide customer service support to the sales team, resolve issues, invoicing, and more. PERKS & BENEFITS: --- Paid Vacation and Sick time --- Medical, Dental/Life Insurance --- 401k available SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: --- 2+ years of related experience in handling accounting functions and/or collections --- Strong customer service skills for Internal and External customers. --- Strong experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and especially in Accounting/Finance software. --- Highly organized with excellent communication skills, detail orientation, consistent decision-making skills, self-motivated and be able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.
