The Senior Accountant position offers a tremendous degree of variety in a challenging work environment. Necessary Skills to Apply: --- Tax returns - Working knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership and estate. --- Communication - Provide progress reports to Managers and Partners. --- High level consulting projects - Ability to assist Managers and Partners. --- Management of staff - Delegate and provide training, use performance feedback. --- Compiled and Reviewed financial statements - Working knowledge. --- Client communication - Develop and maintain working relationships with client personnel. Qualifications to Apply: --- 2-3 years recent public accounting experience. --- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited 4-year University. --- Licensed CPA or CPA candidate. --- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter. --- Good communication and computer skills. --- Working knowledge of the following programs: Excel, Word, Tax Software, and Thomson --- Reuters Creative Solutions Suite (desired).
