Description: * Accounting Associates manage paperwork of trucking division so orders are updated and prepared for billing. Accounting Associates are required to be very detail oriented and organized.* Accounting Associates produce billing for trucking division daily, including customer communication regarding billing and paperwork. Accounting Associates also follow-up on collection efforts.* Accounting Associates must have an understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. * Accounting Associates ability to learn multiple software platforms quickly will be critical to ensure accurate recordkeeping.* Accounting Associates must work well with strict deadlines, along with multi-tasking, problem solving, and working independently and as part of a team.* This job description is not all-inclusive. Accounting Associates may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company.The perks of working for Ritchie Trucking Service:* Hourly pay of $14.00-$16.00/hr. dependent upon experience + overtime* Hourly pay with O/T after 40 hours/wk.* Eligibility to receive seven paid holidays after initial first 90 days of employment* Group medical, prescription, vision, dental, and Flexible Spending Account options* Paid vacation and sick leave in accordance with Oregon law* 401K plan after one year with the company* Employee Stock Ownership Plan participation after one year with the company.
